The petitioner filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, 1973, to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.948/2011 from the first respondent and handover the same to the third respondent for proper investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the case was closed as 'action dropped' on 14.10.2011.
