Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that final report was filed by the respondent Police and notice has been received by the petitioner from 1/3

the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai. However, he has questioned the manner of investigation conducted by the respondent Police.

2. The petitioner can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings. With the above said liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed.
