ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are three complaints pending against the petitioner. In spite of above said job racketing issue, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent enquiry is pending against the petitioner in Cr.No.155 of 2023 on the file of third respondent Police Station. However, the petitioner is not co-operating with the investigation.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent and co-operate with the investigating agency for enquiry. The third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any trouble arise during the course of the enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.
