ORDER
Today, the matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, indicating that the petitioner had possessed TET, which has also been noted by this Court in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 30.10.2025 made in W.P.(MD).No.27226 of 2025.
2. Therefore, Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 30.10.2025 would have to be deleted and the respondents should be directed to grant approval to the petitioner from the date of initial appointment.
3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. Paragraph No.5, as found in the order dated 30.10.2025, would only relate to a Teacher, who did not possess TET. Since the petitioner had possessed TET, he is entitled for grant of approval from the date of initial appointment.
5. For the aforesaid reasons, Registry is directed to delete Paragraph No.5 and replace the same with the following:
"There shall be a direction to the respondents to grant approval to the petitioner's appointment as B.T. Assistant (Maths) from the date of his initial appointment and grant her all monetary benefits and other consequential benefits arising therefrom and the said exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".
6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
