This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the trial in this case was already completed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners/accused were acquitted from all the charges framed against them.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), nothing survives of adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
