This petition is filed to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.244 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent pending on the file of the Arumani Police Station, Kanyakumari District, quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that even though the petitioner has arrayed as A1 in Crime No.244 of 2012, after investigation of the case, final report has been filed deleting the name of the petitioner, in C.C.No.168 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District. 3.Recording above submission, this petition is dismissed.
