ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to conclude the enquiry and take appropriate action within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
