PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the R1 to instruct the R3 for not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the subject matter of the civil dispute in accordance with law.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the the R1 to instruct the R3 for not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the subject matter of the civil dispute in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Rani, who is the wife of the fourth respondent, enquiry is underway. It is a counter complaint. Similarly on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.221 of 2023 was registered against the fourth respondent and his wife for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 453 of IPC. Pending the above said investigation, the present complaint has been given by the wife of the fourth respondent.

3.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent and co-operate with him, since some sort of serious allegation has been made against the petitioner. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
