This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 06.09.2023 and to issue non-traceable certificate in respect of the title document No.6957/2011 dated 29.12.2011 and 1580/2011 dated 23.08.2011 on the file of Keelarajakularaman SubRegistrar Office within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given complaint dated 30.07.2023, before the respondent for missing of his Document No.6957/2011, dated 29.12.2011 and Document No.1580/2011, dated 23.08.2011 on the file of Keelarajakularaman Sub-Registrar Office, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has also sent a representation to the respondents on 06.09.2023.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/5
respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2023 is pending.
5.Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
