O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the proposal of the petitioner, dated 01.02.2023 to approve the appointment of Mrs.R.Kiruba working as B.T.Assistant (Maths) in Bishop Roche Higher Secondary School, Idinthakarai, Tirunelveli District, with effect from 09.10.2018, and release salary with all service and monetary benefits, and to approve the resignation of Mrs.Praba Nalinin, dated 11.08.2018.

2. Considering the fact that the resignation approval of Mrs. Pradeepa Nalini who was working as BT Assistant (Maths) and the consequential appointment of one Mrs. Kiruba in the said post are 2/4

pending with the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the proposals sent by the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks based on the staff fixation of the year 2018-2019.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
