For petitioner :Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah in both cases For Respondents :Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate(Crl.side) for R1 to R3 in both cases COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed seeking a direction to the common respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary penal action against the common respondents 4 and 5 based on the petitioners' representation, dated 28.05.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that both the petitioners are history sheeters and four cases have been registered against them and they were also detained under Act 14 of 1982. He further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8432 of 2011 died in a motor vehicle accident on 10.08.2016. Further, the representation of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8442 of 2016, dated 28.05.2011, has been enquired by the Superintendent of Police, and thereafter, it was closed.
