2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Trial Court dismissed the cases in C.M.P.Nos.4080 of 2008 and 8954 of 2011 for default. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
