ORDER

The petitioner seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.547 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and the same is yet to be taken on file.
