Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to correct the wrong entry made in Patta No. 423, 424, 425 and 426 and an issue fresh patta in the petitioner name in respect of the Survey No. 194/1 with an extent of 71.5 cents situated at Thoothai - Pappankulam Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2023 within stipulated time by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2.The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put on notice all the interested parties including the private respondents herein before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
