ORDER

When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents inform the Court that the petitioner had already filed W.P(MD)No.17375 of 2023 on the same cause of action. Copy of the earlier writ petition has been made available. 2.In the said writ petition also, action is sought on the basis of the representations dated 27.05.2023 and 29.05.2023. I fail to understand as to why one more writ petition has been filed. Filing of this writ petition is not proper.
