ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent to expedite the investigation in the above case in Crime No. 270/2022, dated 25.09.2022 and file a final report before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case investigation has been completed by the respondent police and only on yesterday (ie., 07.12.2023) final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi through e-filing and the same was not taken cognizance. 3.In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi is directed to process the final report, as per rules. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
