ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the entire records in C.C.No.10 of 2013 on the file of the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act Cases, Madurai District at Madurai and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General for the first respondent would submit that charge-sheet filed in C.C.No.10 of 2013 was already quashed by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.231 of 2013 on 31.07.2014, by observing that they have to complete the investigation and file a final report. The learned Additional Advocate General would further submit that as per the order of this Court, they have investigated the case and filed a final report, which is taken on file in C.C.No.3 of 2016.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
