ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 2.The petition mentioned document could not be registered because it appears to be a "PACL" property. The petitioner has to necessarily approach the Hon'ble Mr.Justice Lodha Committee for relief. The petitioner may move the said committee for lifting the attachment in respect of the petition mentioned property. If the Hon'ble Mr.Justice Lodha Committee passes an order in favour of the petitioner and lifts the attachment, registration formalities can very well go on.

3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the Hon'ble Mr.Justice Lodha Committee, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
