S.SRIMATHY,J PJL ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No. 1995 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025 and to modify the condition Para No.4(ii) in the order in Crl.M.P.No.1955 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, in para No.4, condition No.(ii) in Crl.M.P.No. 1955 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
