ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 999 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police, which was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) of IPC. 2.When this Court expressed that the point raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the impugned FIR was filed in the year 2020, the respondent police have not filed the final report sofar and that the petitioner's right to speedy trial is violated.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the respondent police to 2/4
