This Criminal Miscellaneous Application is filed by the applicant viz., Nadiammal, who is the Respondent in the Criminal Revision Petition, to permit her to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- which was already deposited by the Revision Petitioner before the trial Court. 2.Heard Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr.B.Jameelarasu, learned Counsel for the respondent/Revision Petitioner.

3.Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in compliance with the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, dated 24.04.2024, the Revision Petitioner viz., Moideen Kani, has deposited a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.118 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court) Pattukottai, Thanjavur District. He further submits that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, which was already deposited by the Revision Petitioner before the trial Court.

4.Accordingly, after considering the arguments as advanced by the learned Counsel for the parties, the applicant viz., Nadiammal, is permitted to file an application before the Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court) Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, for withdrawal of Rs.1,50,000/- which was already deposited by the Revision Petitioner to the credit of S.T.C.No.118 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court) Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, within a period of ten days from today and if any such application is filed by the applicant viz., Nadiammal, within the time stipulated by this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, is directed to disburse the said amount to the applicant viz., Nadiammal within a period of ten days thereafter. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
