The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the second accused, who went abroad, returned to India and that the first respondent has already taken steps to move an application for cancellation of bail before the concerned Court. The said submission is recorded. No further order is necessary.
