PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10918 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.11741 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10918 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11741 of 2025, dated 29.07.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for seven weeks.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for seven weeks, the condition imposed by 2/4
this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10918 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.11741 of 2025, dated 29.07.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
