2. Considering the limited relief that has been sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Considering the facts of this case, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti, to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2024 in I.A.No.574 of 2018 in O.S.No.164 of 2018 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
