2. Considering the limited relief that has been sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

Considering the facts of this case, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti, to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2024 in I.A.No.63 of 2019 in O.S.No.26 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
