This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to take necessary action on the petitioner's compliant, dated 04.10.2023 in accordance with law and as per dictum laid down by the Honble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh.

2. It is a sale transaction issue between the petitioner/complainant and the private respondents herein.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.448 of 2023, which is also stated to be pending.

4. Let the above said enquiry be closed, by directing the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of Police intervention in this matter. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
