ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.16 of 2023, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
