This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent police to take action on the representation made by the petitioner on 19.10.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.136 of 2024 by the 2nd respondent for offence under Sections 420, 406 and 506(i) of IPC.
