The petitioner seeks the transfer of the case in Crl.M.P.10677 of 2022 in M.C.No.17 of 2007 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunleveli to any other equivalent competent Court at nearby District.

2.Admittedly, the petitioner had sought for transfer of a connected petition in Crl.M.P.No.7654 of 2021 from the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli to any other learned Additional Sessions Judge, in Tirunelveli and this Court had transferred the said case as prayed by the petitioner. In the said order, this Court had specifically observed that the petition now sought to be transferred cannot be transferred, since it is only a petition to execute the order already passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunleveli, in M.C.No.17 of 2007. 3.In the light of the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
