ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Manager of the respondent Transport Corporation, who retired under Voluntary Retirement Scheme on 30.04.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, at the time of permitting him to retire on VRS, though the earned leave surrender has been sanctioned, the said amount has not been disbursed. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation on 20.10.2023. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner along with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
