This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for their willful and wanton disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in WP(MD).No.18808 of 2025, dated 11.07.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that, in compliance with the order passed by this Court, the petitioner's representation has been considered and a substantial amount of Rs.5,61,575/- has been paid. The petitioner has now produced the relevant accounts and bills. Based on the bills submitted, the respondent shall calculate the amount and make 2/5
payment in due course.
3. In view of the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The respondents shall complete the aforesaid assessment within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case the respondents fail to comply within the time prescribed by this Court, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the case.
