This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14517 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020.

2. This Court, through the said order directed the respondent herein to dispose of the representation dated 28.09.2020, submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that the representation dated 28.09.2020 submitted by the petitioner was already considered and a proceeding in e.f.vy;.4/34363/2020, dated 31.01.2022 was issued. Today, a copy of the same has been placed before this Court by duly serving on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In the circumstances, this Court does not find any violation of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 2/4

In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings in e.f.vy;. 4/34363/2020, dated 31.01.2022, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
