This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in connection with the FIR in Crime No.145/2023 dated 10/4/2023, on the file of R1 Thogaimalai Police Station, Karur District and quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet has been filed in e-filing No.CC.C202300032/2023 on 25.11.2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithalai.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. The trial Court is directed to process the final report within the time stipulated as per the Rules. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
