ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 1/3

and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now, the case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.49 of 2023.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings.
