PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11687 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.12045 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11687 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12045 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11687 of 2/4

2025 dated 03.09.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.12045 of 2025, is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
