O R D E R

This Writ Petition filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2023 and consequently issue the missing certificate within stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the respondent for misplacing of his original sale deeds Document No.1370/2013, which is situated at Survey No.154 of 2023.

4. Considering the above, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
