Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to recover the money provided to the ineligible beneficiary ie., the sixth respondent herein under Indira Awaas Yojana Scheme for 2012-13 and consequently to initiate criminal and departmental proceedings under Section 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules against the errant officers and the sixth respondent in accordance with law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2023.
