ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.43 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent police insofar as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the absence of interim order, the Law Enforcing Agency proceeded with investigation and after completing the investigation, filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.286 of 2014 before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
