ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an aided Minority School seeking a Mandamus to consider their representations, dated 30.06.2023 and 09.11.2023 before issuing staff fixation order for the academic year 2023-2024.

According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the staff fixation order for the academic year 2022-2023 is not in consonance with G.O(Ms)No.525, School Education Department, dated 29.12.1997. Hence, raising objections to the staff fixation order, the petitioner School have raised objections through two communications, dated 30.06.2023 and 09.11.2023 to the respondents herein.

3. In view of the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to consider the said representations in the light of G.O(Ms)No.525, dated 29.12.1997 before issuing any staff fixation order for the academic year 2023-2024.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
