ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.12117 of 2022, dated 29.08.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that State Level Empowered Committee meeting held on 03.05.2023, in which an amount of Rs.1,05,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Five Thousand only) was sanctioned as per Medical Attendance Rule under G.O(D)No.306 Finance (Health Insurance) Department, dated 11.08.2023.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid Government Order, dated 11.08.2023 cannot be considered as compliance of the order passed by this Court. Hence, he seeks liberty to challenge the above said Government Order.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge G.O(D)No.306 Finance (Health Insurance) Department, dated 11.08.2023. No costs.
