Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body or person of petitioner's daughter Suriya D/o.Kaliyaperumal aged about 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN. J.) This petition has been filed complaining that the daughter of the petitioner aged about 23 years has been missing on and from 11.07.2025 along with her young child aged about 3 years. As a matter of fact the petitioner actually had been in contact with her daughter. Since her daughter was not in continuous touch with her, out of apprehension this petition has been filed.

2. Today, the daughter of the petitioner had been produced before us. The petitioner is also present. The husband of the detenue is also present. The young child is also present. The detenue stated that she would go with the petitioner for a few days and thereafter go with her husband. She is at an age where she can take her decision.

3. This Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. The detenue is permitted to take any considered decision staying with her mother and with her husband.
