PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 take appropriate against the 5th respondent school management for mentally and physically harassing the petitioner's son, Kannan and direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to provide adequate care and protection to the petitioner's son, Kannan and thereby ensure that the petitioner's son, Kannan is not subjected to any sort of harassment at the hands of the students and staffs of the 5th respondent school till his 12th stand final board examinations by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2023.
