Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.ANANDA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19973 of 2023, dated 07.11.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
