This writ petition is filed for forbearing the official respondents from putting up any construction in the petition mentioned survey number. Interim order was granted. To vacate the same, W.M.P.(MD) No.2757 of 2024 has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for final hearing, the learned Government Advocate on written instructions from the Block Development Officer (Village Panchayat), Thiruppuvanam submitted that the proposal for putting up construction has been dropped. Nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands closed. No costs.
