ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family under the guise of enquiry and consequently take action against the third respondent not harassed the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and gave an undertaking that she will return the jewels on or before 11.08.2023. But till date, the undertaking was not complied by the petitioner. Without complying the undertaking given by her during the enquiry, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, it is seen that this petition has been filed by the petitioner by suppressing the true facts. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
