This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent shall stand dispensed with.

Considering the fact that H.M.O.P. has been instituted as early as in the year 2023, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
