ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC and ST Cases, Theni, to consider the bail application on her surrender on the same day, if any petition filed by the petitioner, in Crime No.301 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent.

2.This Court had inadvertently allowed this application, although the petitioner's earlier application was allowed and extension petitions were also allowed twice. However, the petitioner had not availed of the opportunity. Since the petitioner failed to avail of the opportunity earlier, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the earlier order passed by this Court dated 12.11.2025 is recalled and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
