This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the summons dated 22.09.2025 issued to the petitioner under Section 94 read with Section 35(3) of the BNSS.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the third respondent and the same has been closed, and hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the third respondent is aggrieved by the Page No. 2 of 4
closure report, he is at liberty to challenge the same. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
