O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to learned the I-Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil, to dispose of the Execution Petition in EP.No.36/2020 in O.S.No.847 of 2013 within a time frame.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the decree was passed in the year 2013 and the execution petition was filed in the year 2020 and till date no progress was shown by the Execution Court to dispose of the execution petition.

3. Perusal of the B-Diary extract also indicates that without any proper reason, periodical adjournments were given for enquiry in the EP proceedings. Hence, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the execution Court for speedy disposal. Accordingly, the learned I-Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil, is hereby directed to complete the execution proceedings in E.P.No.36 of 2020 in O.S.No.847 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
