PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of complaint given by the 4th respondent.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of complaint given by the 4th respondent. 2.The grievance of the petitioners is that the petition was filed seeking anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given against the petitioner a case in Crime No. 418 of 2023 has been registered on 30.11.2023. 4.Since the case has been registered, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 2/4
